Lady Chargers Earn Road TCCAA Win at Chattanooga State
The Lady Chargers picked up an important TCCAA road victory on Saturday, defeating Chattanooga State 64–61.
Sophomore Lily Melton led the way with a dominant performance, pouring in 32 points while adding 13 rebounds and two steals. Freshman Kelsey Keiler continued her strong play with a near triple-double, finishing with 17 points, 11 rebounds, 10 assists, and two steals. Sophomore Niana Hill contributed eight points and 10 rebounds to help secure the win.
With the victory, the Lady Chargers improve to 8–8 overall and 7–3 in TCCAA play.
The Lady Chargers will be back in action on Saturday, January 24, when they travel to Motlow State for a 2 p.m. tip-off.
