Lady Chargers Secure 52-44 Victory Over Dyersburg State
The Lady Chargers picked up a strong home win on Wednesday night, defeating Dyersburg State 52-44 in a TCCAA matchup at the Webster Athletic Center. Columbia State controlled the game from start to finish, never surrendering the lead as they improved to 4-5 overall and 4-2 in TCCAA play.
Freshman Kelsey Keiler turned in an impressive performance, leading the Lady Chargers with 20 points, 8 rebounds, and 1 steal. Sophomore standout Niana Hill added another dominant outing of her own, recording 16 points, 13 rebounds, 6 assists, and 2 steals to help secure the victory.
The Lady Chargers will now prepare for a road trip to Harriman, TN, where they will face the Roane State Raiders on Saturday, December 6. This marks their final TCCAA matchup before the Christmas break.
