Lady Chargers Open Season at Home Against Wallace State

The Columbia State Lady Chargers opened their 2025–26 season on Friday, October 31, hosting the Wallace State Lady Tigers at Webster Athletic Center. Despite a strong effort, the Lady Chargers fell 76-39 in the season opener.

Sophomore Lily Melton led Columbia State with 16 points and 3 rebounds. Talia Rowell added 5 points and pulled down 6 rebounds, while Kelsey Keiler and Malaya Woullard each contributed 5 points. Niana Hill was active on the boards, grabbing 6 rebounds for the Lady Chargers.

Columbia State will look to regroup on the road Monday, November 3, when they travel to Calhoun Community College for a 5:30 p.m. matchup.
