Lady Chargers Defeat Roane State, Improve to 15-8

The Columbia State Lady Chargers secured a 72-64 victory over Roane State on Saturday at Webster Gym, improving their record to 15-8 overall and 14-3 in TCCAA play. Sophomore Ansley Burleson led the charge with 21 points, including 12 from beyond the arc, and grabbed nine rebounds. Freshman Lily Melton contributed a double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds, while Jacqueline Hardrick and Jacie Scott each added 10 points in the win.
