Chargers Close Regular Season with 72-66 Win Over Chattanooga State Tigers
The Chargers wrapped up the 2025–2026 regular season Saturday night at The Web with a hard-fought 72-66 victory over the Tigers from Chattanooga State.
With the win, Columbia State finishes the regular season an impressive 25-5 overall and 18-2 in TCCAA play, positioning themselves well as they head into postseason competition.
Sophomore Arnez Anderson led the Chargers with 13 points and 3 rebounds, setting the tone offensively in the season finale.
Freshman De'Costa Ricks added 10 points and 5 assists, facilitating the offense and knocking down key shots when needed.
Sophomore Kenny Ellis contributed 9 points and 4 rebounds, while freshman Tyren Fisher made his presence known inside with 8 points and 7 rebounds.
Sophomores Taveon Comage and Jamison Glass chipped in 7 points each, helping the Chargers maintain control down the stretch to secure the six-point victory.
