Chargers Dominate Motlow State in TCCAA Road Victory
The Columbia State Chargers men's basketball team traveled to Motlow State on Friday for a TCCAA conference matchup and delivered a commanding 75–45 win over the Bucks.
The Chargers controlled the game on both ends of the floor, improving their record to 17–4 overall and 10–1 in TCCAA play.
Freshman JD Claybrook led the way with 16 points, seven rebounds, and two assists. Freshman Sam Parson added 12 points, seven rebounds, and two steals, while freshman Nate Malosa recorded an impressive double-double with 11 points, 10 rebounds, six blocks, two assists, and one steal.
Tyren Fisher and Taveon Comage each chipped in 10 points and three rebounds to round out a strong team performance.
The Chargers will continue conference play on the road Wednesday, January 28, as they take on Volunteer State in a TCCAA matchup against the Pioneers.
